August 2021: The Political Development Forum worked on preparing an awareness guide in the field of fiscal decentralization. This guide aims, in general, to increase the level of understanding of the participants about the main concepts of financial decentralization and local development and to identify the current situation of financial decentralization and the criteria for distributing central financial allocations so that they can influence in strengthening relationship between central and local agencies in order to measure financial decentralization and the necessary procedures for its application
