November 2021:The monthly meeting for Dhamar Youth Consultations Group DYC was held on 21 November 2021 at the hall of the Center for Consultations and Economic Studies at the University of Dhamar. The meeting was attended by 24 members including four new members added by the local authority. The meeting aimed at presenting the initiative of the Governor of Dhamar on education, health, agriculture and hygiene in order to integrate the work of the DYC group to adopt the issue of education and health in line the initiative of the Governor of Dhamar. The main outcomes of the meeting include: Adopt the education issue primarily within the governor’s initiative; Conduct a campaign to collect textbooks from students of previous years to provide to new students; Working on activities concerned with the agricultural field in the governorate; Set up the principles of the team’s work for the coming period; Form a team to prepare an awareness campaign for school students about health and hygiene; Implement agricultural initiatives and supporting agricultural empowerment; Implement of an initiative to educate school students on the importance of preserving textbooks and donating old books
