Feb-March, 2022: The Political Dialogue Support Programme PDSP organized two meetings for the SSG in March, 2022. The first meeting was organized during 2-3 March as a compensation meeting for the month of February and the second meeting constituted the monthly meeting for the month of March, which was held during 8-9 March, 2022. Both meetings were allocated for the discussion of latest developments at the local, regional and international arenas pertaining to Yemen. The main objective of the meeting was for the SSG members to commence discussing and determining what common aspects and denominators there are that would secure and neutralize an international legitimacy of the Yemeni state? The main objective of the meeting was for the SSG members to discuss how to protect and neutralize the international legitimacy of the Yemeni State, and what are the most important aspects and commonalities that would make of such protecting measures safe and applicable? The main outputs of the meetings were as follows: Determining the general objective of the importance of the international legitimacy of the Yemeni state, which is “alleviating the suffering of the Yemeni people by neutralizing the economic, humanitarian and social files leading up to reaching the political process”; Agreeing on the common aspects of international legitimacy and defining their objectives; Agreeing to reformulate the approach in a way that would serve first the human aspects of the issue by absorbing and incorporating the observations raised by the members earlier during the first round meeting
