March, 2023: The Political Dialogue Support Programme organized the monthly meeting for Aden Youth Consultations Group AYC on 20 March, 2023 in participation of eight members 4 males and 4 females and in presence of an advisor at the UN Special Envoy Office in Aden. The meeting was held under the title: The vision of AYC to May’s Activity. There were several main objectives from the meeting: Discussing the latest developments in the city of Aden and determining the extent of their impact on the governorate of Aden; Determine the themes of AYC’s May symposium and the work mechanism for that; The Saudi-Iranian agreement and its impact on the Yemeni file. The main outcome of the meeting include: Determine a focal symposium for the activity of the month of May entitled Green Policy with defining the requirements, needs, and procedures; Following up on the above-mentioned activity and preparing the topics of the symposium’s agenda during this month by creating a WhatsApp group in which coordination and ideas can be exchanged.
