August 31- 3 September, 2019: A Consultation meeting was held in the German capital of Berlin, bringing together leading figures including ex ministers, experts, specialists and civil society organizations. This consultative meeting, the fourth of its kind which are dedicated to the discussion of issues related to the restoration of the functions of the Yemeni state post a political agreement, was allocated for the discussion of options for financial and fiscal policies in order to enhance the relationship between the national and local authorities
