March 7-8, 2020: The Political Development Forum and the Political Dialogue Support Programme PDSP organized the first founding meeting of the Aden Youth Consultations AYC under the title of the foundation meeting at the Coral Hotel during the period 7-8 March 2020. In this meeting, 23 young people from different orientations, political parties, independent organizations, and youth activists were selected. The Aden Youth Consultations is one of the components of PDSP. The AYC aims to discuss issues of concern to young people and how to enhance and involve them in the political process and the peace building process through holding a series of informal and comprehensive consultative meetings monthly. The AYC will reflect youth aspirations to explore alternative and innovative perspectives on key issues of the peace process, and to foster dialogue among young leaders
