March 13-19, 2017; a High-Level Multiparty Meeting took place in Berlin during 13-17 March, brought together high-level leadership from the main political components in the Yemeni scene, including for the first time since the Kuwait negotiations, Ansar Allah representation along with Islah party representation. The meeting focused on the main elements of the conflict, the main challenges, fears and trust building measures. Following the multi-party meeting, a meeting was assembled of the Taizi participants who were also part of the parties meeting during 18-19 March. The meeting focused on measures that could be taken to ease the conflict in Taiz and build trust among the warring factions
