December 15-18, 2018: An informal high-level informal consultation meeting was held in Berlin, the third of its kind on the local authority, which was held under the theme ““Restoring State Functionality: Clarifying the relationship between the national government and local authorities in a Post-Agreement Phase in Yemen”.
